If you have decided to eat better or exercise more, but something seems to be holding you back, there may be subconscious beliefs or habits in the way. Hypnosis can change those beliefs and help to motivate you towards taking positive action.

Smoking

While hypnosis is often used for being smoke-free, there can be a number of causes behind the habit. Some clients respond well right from the beginning, while others may need time, and a good relaxation programme to get the best long term results.

Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling

If you are ready for change then hypnosis may help you in a number of ways. Examples include dealing with issues from the past and feeling better about being sober. This kind of hypnotherapeutic work should almost always be used as a complimentary practice as the client should also be in contact with other professionals.

Habits

Hypnosis has been used successfully for problems such as nail biting, scratching, blushing, and bed wetting.
